Shipping policy

Shipping varies but is usually between £5.00 - £14.99 + VAT (depending on weight) for UK Mainland orders. Delivery is FREE to UK Mainland on orders over £75, not including CPSRs, and orders over £15  on our retail products.

We will dispatch UK Mainland orders either using Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class or DHL Next Day Courier, as selected by you. A dispatch confirmation will be emailed to you when the goods have been sent. Most orders are dispatched within 4 working days of receipt (other than product options which specify a longer timeframe) using your chosen delivery method.

If you cannot select your preferred country for delivery from the options on our website, please contact us at anesthetics.vipbeauty@gmail.com and we can look to arrange a shipping quote for you.

If for any reason a part of your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you before shipping to check how you wish to proceed. Shipping of the rest of your order will not be completed until an agreement with the customer has been made.
